Can the faculty customize their programs to fit my organization’s needs?
Absolutely. In consultation with ACPE staff and with the faculty, you tailor the program to meet your specifications. Real-life case studies from your organization also can be incorporated into the sessions. That way, you educate your staff while solving pressing issues.

Do you have evaluations of faculty from past presentations?
Yes. ACPE staff will gladly share past audience evaluations of any speaker you are considering. ACPE hand picks its faculty to ensure the best-possible course delivery and content. In fact, ACPE’s faculty consistently gets rated 4.8 to 4.98 on a 5-point scale.
Where are programs held?
Program are held at a location of your choice—in-house or at an outside facility.

How far in advance should a program/speaker be booked?
To create the most meaningful program for your organization, we recommend completing the planning at least 2 months prior to the start date.
Can programs be scheduled at night or on a weekend?
Yes—we will come whenever it's convenient for you. ACPE coordinates with the speakers to find mutually acceptable dates. Saturdays, Sundays, weekdays, mornings or evenings. It’s up to you.
What is the cost?
To bring faculty to you costs approximately $9,000 per day, plus travel costs. The per-day fee includes: honoraria, course materials and granting AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s). ACPE staff will provide an estimated budget for each specific program you plan. To get the most from your budget, you can spread a four-day program over one year—one program every quarter can span budget cycles.
Is AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) available?
Yes. The American College of Physician Executives is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. All courses quality for Category 1 credit.
Is there a minimum/maximum number of participants?
There is no minimum or maximum number of participants, however, including more than 100 people can interfere with learning dynamics and interaction with faculty members. The average number of participants is around 40 people. Speaker fees do not change based on the number of participants. variable costs include printed materials, AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) certificates and faculty travel expenses.
