approved buyers. Our most popular selection choices including appropriate counts are listed below. Please call

List Delivery
Delivery of mailing lists will be made no later than 7 business days from approval date of piece to
be used, not the date of inquiry or request, unless otherwise agreed upon. Sample
pieces and contracts may be faxed, emailed or mailed to ACPE for approval.
Mailing lists are delivered via email at no charge.
Preprinted cheshire labels, pressure sensitive labels and magtapes are not available.
Phone and fax numbers and e-mail addresses are not available.
List Pricing
Availability
For-profit organizations, a charge of $1.50 per name with a $1000 minimum will apply.
For non-profit organizations, a charge of $.50 per name with a $500 minimum will apply.
Terms of Purchase
1. Lists are provided to pre-approved clients for one-time use by contractual
agreement, arrangements are agreed upon.
2. Mailing Lists sales are limited to education and educational publication
products and items ACPE may feel would be of general interest to its members.
3. ACPE makes no implied or direct endorsement of any products associated with the
sale of any mailing list.
4. A sample of the specific item being mailed must be submitted for approval by
ACPE as each list is used.
5. ACPE reserves the right to require prepayment of unique mailing list orders.
ACPE reserves the right to refuse any order. Mailing list requests to be used
for surveys will not be approved. ACPE does not provide its mailing list to brokers.
6. Client guarantees that the names received are to be used for only the mailing piece approved,
unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. The mailing list may not be used again
without approval from ACPE.
Payment Terms
Full payment of invoices is due no later than 90 days from date of invoice.
ACPE does not offer commissions on the sales of its mailing lists, nor does ACPE offer
exchanges or trades of its mailing lists, except in pre-approved cases.
About the American College of Physician Executives & Mailing List Sales
The American College of Physician Executives is the nation's only professional and
educational association of and for physicians in health care management. Our
membership consists of licensed MD and DO physicians.
The College's membership represents physicians with management or administrative
responsibilities across the nation and in all health care settings, including hospitals, HMOs,
government, universities, private practice, the military, and industry. Because of their
training, our members have decision making responsibilities within their organizations.
ACPE maintains and updates its database daily and we offer extremely accurate and deliverable mailing lists, with less than .1% in returns (compared with > 10% from other organizations). All mailing lists are run through an in-house clean-up process, which includes de-duping, prior to release.
