approved buyers. Our most popular selection choices including approximate counts are listed below. Please call

List Delivery
Delivery of mailing lists will be made no later than 7 business days from approval date of piece to
be used, not the date of inquiry or request, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Mailing lists are delivered via email at no charge.
Preprinted cheshire labels, pressure sensitive labels and magtapes are not available.
Phone and fax numbers and e-mail addresses are not available.
List Pricing
Availability
A charge of $500 per thousand names will be applied, unless otherwise agreed upon. There is a $500 minimum per order.
Terms of Purchase
1. Lists are provided to pre-approved clients for one-time use by contractual
agreement.
2. ACPE makes no implied or direct endorsement of any product(s) associated with the
sale of any mailing list.
3. A sample of item being mailed must be submitted for approval by
ACPE . Sample pieces & contracts may be faxed, emailed or mailed.
4. ACPE requires prepayment for mailing list orders.
ACPE reserves the right to refuse any order. Mailing list requests to be used
for surveys will not be approved. ACPE does not provide its mailing list to brokers, however we do offer a 20% commission for brokered sales.
6. Client guarantees that the names received are to be used for the mailing piece approved,
unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. The mailing list may not be used again
without approval from ACPE.

Full payment is due at time of order.
About the American College of Physician Executives & Mailing List Sales
The American College of Physician Executives is the nation's only professional and
educational association of and for physicians in health care management. Our
membership consists of licensed MD and DO physicians.
The College's membership represents physicians with management or administrative
responsibilities across the nation and in all health care settings, including hospitals, HMOs,
government, universities, private practice, the military, and industry. Because of their
training, our members have decision making responsibilities within their organizations.
ACPE maintains and updates its database daily and we offer extremely accurate and deliverable mailing lists, with less than .1% in returns (compared with > 10% from other organizations). All mailing lists are run through an in-house clean-up process, which includes de-duping, prior to release.
