Objectives

• To expand your knowledge of financial statements, strategic plans, and the operating budget.
• To use the language of finance to more effectively communicate with CFOs and administration.
• To introduce you to the economics behind the importance of leveraging the revenue cycle and managing the cost structure of the hospital.
