InterAct courses are offered in three main formats:

Scheduled Online Sessions - View Course List

These courses are delivered using lectures on CD and an online discussion component. About 1/2 of the course credit consists of these lectures. The remaining 1/2 of the credit is accomplished via scheduled sessions in an online classroom.

Features:

  • Audio/Video and PowerPoint slides on a CD
  • Audio only and PowerPoint slides via the web
  • Course classrooms are open from 3-6 weeks, depending on the course credit
  • Classroom discussions follow a weekly course syllabus - for example, in week 1 you might watch lectures 1-3 and answer 3 discussion questions
  • You have to participate regularly, but you do not have to be in the online classroom at any particular time of day
  • Classroom activities include discussion questions, case studies and group projects

InterAct Express - View Course List

These courses are self-study and can be done on your own time, at your own pace. There is no scheduled faculty interaction or discussion component. Credit for Express courses is approximately 1/2 of the scheduled session.
