Course Description
The cost of integrating care, pay for performance, revenue sharing, value-based payment and price transparency are among the factors that affect integrated health system financial performance. This session will investigate how recent regulatory policy initiatives, IRS and FTC regulations, and Stark and Baby Stark impact successful fiscal outcomes in physician hospital integration.
