High Reliability 2.0:
Making Reliability a Reality
Course Description
Build on the fundamentals of human performance in complex systems through a series of practical applications of reliability concepts. Participants in this course will work through actual case studies to receive the knowledge & skills necessary to apply high reliability methods to their care setting. This course will also show how several healthcare systems are now using reliability bundles (human error prevention behaviors) to improve quality outcomes and have reduced serious events by 48-91% in two years.
While the introductory course is not a prerequisite to High Reliability 2.0, this advanced course builds on ACPE’s the Science of High Reliability. Click here for more information and/or to register.
